A pair of extremely cute puppies have caught the attention of many netizens, thanks to a photograph that has gone viral. They are the beautiful furry Simba and Cooper, two friends and neighbors who have no qualms about publicly showing their love, and for whom the time of confinement was a real pain.
These puppies live in Dartmouth, Massachusetts (USA).
Roberto Couto is the owner of Simba, a mini Goldendoodle, and who told how the love between the puppies arose. These little ones live with their families in the same neighborhood and as soon as they saw each other on a visit to the park, they made a special connection.
Couto’s son is the one who often takes Simba out to stretch his paws and exercise, but especially to see Cooper, a Bullmastiff and best friend.
Tender Simba gets sad when he doesn’t go for a walk.
The puppies have treated each other from an early age and have always been sweet to each other. Couto doesn’t recall Simba ever having any issues with Cooper, although he can be quite irritating with other puppies.
Not only do the furry pair take advantage of trips to the park to see each other, but Simba, who is the more mischievous of the pair, often sneaks out of the house to visit Cooper and distract himself for a while.
When the family doesn’t find the little dog at home, they soon imagine that he has gone to visit his faithful companion. They truly love each other.
“They see each other on weekends or else Simba escapes from my yard. He doesn’t like to be away from Cooper for long,” the man explained.
This story of friendship has gone viral, after the families shared some pictures of the furry pair on their social networks. What makes the pair of images so special is the fact that the puppies come out cuddling like two humans.
Strange as it may seem, this pair is not only sniffing each other, but also publicly expressing their love for each other and that has moved everyone on social media.
A post made by WeRateDogs on Twitter helped to boost this tender story. Even if it wasn’t real that the hug came after the confinement as they pretended to make it look in that viral Twitt.
“This is Simba and Cooper. They are finally fully vaccinated. Hugging for the first time in over a year. Both 14/10 heartwarming,” they wrote.
For the pups, the pandemic complicated the picture, but the families made sure the furry ones kept seeing each other.
After the number of views Simba and Cooper’s photo reached on different platforms, their owners decided it was time to open their own social accounts to show the world their puppies’ antics.
These friends are really cute and they look like models. Their parents continue to spoil them and walks and visits are a constant in their lives. They all find it incredible how well they get along and they also clarify that the idea of cuddling was their own.
Nobody taught the puppies to greet each other that way, we don’t know if it was by imitation but the truth is that it is very human the hug and the way they do it.
In fact, other puppy owners were inspired by Simba and Cooper and are now sharing similar encounters via Twitter.
Doggies will always brighten our lives with their witticisms and expressions of affection, not only with each other but with their humans. That is why it is important that we value and love them a lot. Watching over your pet is a reflection of the quality of person you are, don’t forget to always protect them.
Blessings and long life to these tender little friends.
